Home Peel Ply  Vacuum Infusion Media Breather and Bleeder Accessories

PEEL PLY FABRIC is a fabric used for preparing a composite surface, which is removed just prior to secondary bonding, or other consequent surface treatments such as painting etc.. By providing a consistent and reliable bonding surface without any additional chemical or mechanical treatment or process, the better bonding strength and less labour cost could be achieved. Of course actual bond strength depends not only on surface impression but also on other variables such as the adhesive, application method, and processing etc..

All-T produces a wide range of peel ply fabrics - Plain or twill woven Nylon 6 or Nylon 66 or Polyester fabrics, ( with or without tracing yarns) are dyed (optional), scoured, and heat set. No detectable silicone is permitted by the whole procedure. All products fall within a pH range of 4.0 to 8.0 and have maximum petroleum ether extractable of 0.5%.

The Nylon 66 Series peel ply fabrics, weight range from 50 to 110g/m2, can be easily removed from the composite part, and have excellent high temperature resistance and good tensile strength. These fabrics can be released from most of the traditional resin systems except for the Phenolic resin - for the Phenolic resin, please choose the Polyester Series.
