Devoted to supply the consumable materials for the composite vacuum bagging and vacuum infusion processes, ALL -T had developed its own bagging film, perforated film, peel ply fabrics, vacuum infusion media net (or resin infusion media net) and non-woven breather felts.

Our technical films including the bagging films and the perforated films. Having the maximum width of 10 meters, these films are very soft and hole free, and can be used for the most common resin systems. The perforation pattern of the release film can be made according user requirement -the porosity can be calibrated.  

Providing the composite world with a  wide range of peel ply fabrics - plain or twill woven Polyamide or Polyester fabrics, (with or without tracing yarns) are dyed (optional), scoured, and heat-set.

The vacuum infusion media nets (or resin infusion media nets) are mostly knitted PE fabrics. Different knitting patterns can result various resin flow rate - the porosity can be calibrated. The extruded open mesh gives even much better air and resin flow.

Having a weight range from 40-700g/m 2 , our breather felts are made from Polyester or Polyamide fiber, which can be used at 200 ℃ temperature .
